In the midst of the pandemic, I embarked on an extraordinary journey to remotely bring Forward to life in Thailand. Against all odds, we are empowering communities, transcending limitations, and redefining the landscape of finance. Our innovative spirit and unwavering commitment are reshaping the future, where possibilities know no boundaries. Driven by my friend's visionary concepts, I embarked on a transformative journey as the sole designer on the Forward team. With unwavering dedication, I brought this innovative product to life, setting the stage for its remarkable success.
Collaborating closely with CEO Mr. Chanon Charatsuttikul, I gained invaluable customer insights to align our design decisions with the unique needs of Thai clientele.
Using a variety of frameworks, we crafted a purpose-driven product with a user-centric experience. Our strategic decisions were guided by careful analysis and thoughtful implementation, resulting in a product that aligns with our vision and meets user needs.
Collaborating with project management partners, I shaped a remarkable product that balances business goals and consumer needs. Through strategic prioritization and negotiation, we brought our shared vision to life, exceeding expectations at every stage.
As the team lead, I oversee and collaborate with three senior designers, ensuring seamless coordination and effective task management. Through daily interactions using Jira and Confluence, we align our efforts, ensuring efficient progress and delivering exceptional results.
I was responsible for crafting Forward's comprehensive brand identity, including the development of a captivating 3D mascot and the design of engaging web application products.
With the trust and support of the CEO, I was granted full creative control over the product's aesthetics, allowing me to shape its look and feel according to my vision.

To inform our planning phase, we did market and customer research. These are the main ideas that guided the creation of the product's launch version.
Because most of the current defi programs on the market are crammed with a ton of unfamiliar jargon for the user, users anticipate a simple experience when using a defi application.
Users desire to be able to use the Stake, Borrow, and Lend basic exchange services. There is no need to start from scratch here.
Users anticipate that we will be able to provide them with something amusing, like developing a Mascott to go along with the brand.
Users anticipate complete confidence when using this Defi application because hacking is occurring more frequently and at higher levels than ever before all over the world.
Users anticipate a young, contemporary, and futuristic user interface. However, they want to feel premium.
When asked if they want to use mobile apps, most users said they would rather use web apps than mobile apps. Partly because they know that it will be hard for the development team to make mobile apps for many technical reasons.
My vision for FWX, the Decentralized Derivatives Platform, is to simplify and revolutionize derivatives trading. By harnessing EVM based chains and the Automated Position Hedger protocol, I aim to provide an accessible, seamless and secure platform for decentralized trading. The goal is to empower users to predict market trends and manage risk effectively, redefining the trading landscape with intuitive design, streamlined workflows, and robust security.

The design direction for FWX, a decentralized derivatives platform, combines a seamless and user-friendly trading experience with a focus on revolutionizing the way people trade, including users in Thailand. The user interface (UI) is designed to be intuitive and visually appealing, catering to users of all levels of experience, including newcomers and even grandma. Real-time market data visualization and comprehensive asset information empower users to make informed trading decisions within the decentralized derivative exchange (DDEX). The innovative Automated Position Hedger protocol enables users to anticipate price direction and hedge against fluctuations. In addition to the DDEX, FWX offers lending and borrowing pools (LBPs) for efficient capital allocation. The design embraces transparency, simplicity, and a user-centric approach, ensuring accessibility for users in Thailand and worldwide. Robust security measures protect user funds and personal information. FWX strives to be the leading decentralized derivatives platform, transforming the trading landscape for users in Thailand and beyond.
Despite the challenging circumstances of working closely together during the pandemic, this design emerged triumphantly. Amidst the turmoil, we forged ahead and successfully launched the product, showcasing resilience and determination. It is with great pride that I played a role in shaping this design, contributing to its success even in the face of adversity.
