About this Project
Fewcha Wallet represents a cutting-edge cryptocurrency wallet developed to ensure secure, dependable, and user-friendly management of digital assets. As the principal designer for this project, I embraced bold choices and ventured beyond my comfort zone, culminating in a trailblazing and dynamic design. Despite facing various hurdles, our dedication and perseverance have paid off, as Fewcha Wallet now ranks among the top two wallets within the Aptos Blockchain ecosystem. The intuitive interface, complete with features such as two-factor authentication and multi-currency support, delivers a seamless user experience. Catering to both seasoned cryptocurrency investors and beginners alike, Fewcha Wallet provides the necessary security and convenience for confidently handling digital assets.
As the lead product designer for Fewcha Wallet, my role encompassed a wide range of responsibilities. From the initial stages of customer insights and ideation, I worked closely with stakeholders to understand user needs and translate them into a compelling design vision. Throughout the project, I provided strategic oversight and coordination, ensuring that the design aligned with the product's goals and objectives. I also spearheaded the design execution and validation, collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver a high-quality product.
In my role, I collaborate with stakeholders to analyze user behavior, generate insights, and create an intuitive design that meets user needs. By combining customer insights with ideation, I ensure a user-centric approach throughout the design process.
I used various frameworks to develop a comprehensive experience strategy and vision for the product. I conducted user research and testing to identify needs and pain points, and created a vision that aligned with the company's goals. I also established design guidelines and patterns, creating a cohesive and memorable user experience.
In my role, I analyze direct competitors to define the project's scope. Working with the team, we generate options that align with our goals and resources. We balance feasibility and ambition to create a realistic and achievable plan.
In addition to my design work, I oversee and coordinate the work of two senior designers. Using Jira and Scrum, I communicate with them daily to ensure tasks are progressing smoothly and aligned with project goals.
As part of my role, I created plans for a Chrome extension, as well as Android, iOS, and web apps. I developed itineraries, wireframes, prototypes, and design specifications to ensure successful execution.
As a leader, I created and presented materials to senior stakeholders, executives, and the Discord community. I used my skills in communication and persuasion to draw interest and gain support.
Embarking on an exciting challenge, my goal is to craft a user-centric wallet that not only exceeds the usability of Martian Wallet but also draws inspiration from the leading pioneers in the industry, such as Phantom and Metamask. My mission is to unravel the secrets behind their remarkable user experiences and seamlessly incorporate those elements while infusing my own captivating twist.

Multiple Wallet Accounts: To address user needs, our wallet offers the ability to create multiple accounts within one platform, enabling effective token management, asset organization, and fund separation. This caters to personal preferences and strategies while simplifying allocation and tracking for an exceptional user experience.
In a landscape crowded with wallets resembling Solana Blockchain's leading platform, Phantom, our vision goes beyond emulating what already exists. Our goal is to create a Move language wallet that stands out as the most unique and innovative way to engage with blockchain ecosystems.

Through our dedicated Discord channel, we engaged with potential users, conducted research, and held insightful interviews.
